Pastor Stotts grew up in the grass roots of Detroit, MI. He was educated in the Detroit Public School System. He began his Christian Education at Church of Our Father Baptist Church. Later, being called to Unity Baptist Church over 44 years ago. Unity Baptist Church is one of the leading Churches of the City, State and Nation with a membership of over 2000.

FAMILY MAN
Pastor Stotts has been married to Sister Ethel Jean Stotts for over 54 years. They have three children, Valmon D. Stotts Jr., Valerie Stotts-Morgan, and Angela V. Stotts-McClary, Eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Lastly, He is preacher, Teacher, Lecturer, Organizer and an Administrator; he is known as a preacher’s preacher, a preacher’s friend, a Bible Believing and a Bible teaching preacher. Pastor Stotts is a great teacher, organizer, lecturer, administrator and mediator. He is known as a Christian Gentleman.
